How much money will I get back on a successful claim?

Whether you ship your order covered by our free insurance or you purchase extra cover, you are only covered up to that level of insurance. In the event of a successful claim, you will receive an amount not exceeding the total value of all the goods that are lost or damaged.


We cannot reimburse you for the retail price of your shipment(s), and can only offer repayment up to the manufacturing cost of your goods.

Claim settlements are stated exclusive of VAT
