Be aware that some couriers can deliver until 7pm in residential areas and before this time, your delivery will not be considered delayed.
If your parcel or pallet doesn't reach its destination on the day it is due, you need to let our Customer Service team know as soon as possible within seven days of the collection date.

Alert our Customer Support team will then contact the courier to raise your inquiry and investigate the problem.
Please note that it is P4D Policy to not mark an item as lost, or rebook/refund a delivery until we have all the necessary facts from the courier.
