How do I request that my parcel is returned to me?

You should log this request by speaking to a member of out Customer Support team as soon as possible. The team member can then pass on your request to the courier. Please note that returning a shipment from outside the EU may incur a surcharge.

Depending on the timing of your request for a return, a delivery attempt may still be made. It is therefore critical that you instruct your recipient to refuse the parcel on delivery.
