The driver has not collected my goods - how should I proceed?

We advise that you first check your order confirmation page to double-check the collection date before proceeding.

Please note that shipments booked on an 'Eco' service do not have a fixed collection/delivery date. 

If the issue is still outstanding, and the driver has not collected on the nominated day, please click here to submit a ticket  and select 'Collection Query'
